Accessing Academic Papers

The Harvard Libraries have subscriptions to many popular journals. You can use the library’s website (http://library.harvard.edu/) to search for articles. If you login with your Harvard credentials, you can check if Harvard has access to the article. If so, then you can immediately download the article. If not, then you will see a link to request the article through the Interlibrary Loan system. The article will be scanned and emailed to you.

In general, it is a good idea to use a paper organization software, such as Mendeley or Papers, to keep the PDFs organized. These programs let you automatically generate bibliographies in many formats, especially BiBTex. You can get Meneley for free as a student.
